Greetings Bloomie’s Foodies!

Please join us on Saturday January 26, 2008 at 1 PM in the Main Course Kitchen for an entertaining culinary demonstration and tasting, “Empanada Me! Empanada You!” with Michael A. Gadaleta Chef/Owner of La Original Empanada Only.

Michael grew up in Brooklyn, NY in an Italian American and Argentine family. Various family members owned bakeries, butcher shops, and pizzerias where he worked since he was 16 years old. Having a passion for empanadas; a self contained hand held pie La Original Empanada Only was established in 1997. Empanada Only provides gourmet handmade empanadas to the public at the Aventura's Farmers Market located by the fountain court adjacent to Bloomingdale’s.
